Welcome to the Terrace, a welcoming basic care community providing a pleasant and supportive residential enviroment. At The Terrace, you and your loved ones will appreciate the friendly atmospher and compassionate care provided by our staff, available 24 hours a day and well-trained in addressing the special needs associated with agining.
Your Home Away from Home
The Terrace offers beautifully designed facilities with 40 private rooms conviently located at the corner of Ninth and Bowen Avenue, close to shopping and medical facilities. With wide, attractive hallways and abundant natural lighting from skylights, the facility creates a spacious and inviting ambiance. Enjoy delicious meals in the attractively declorated dining room, featuring a stunning view of Southwest Bismarck, or engage in the variety of social and recreational programs offered in our well-equipped activity room.
Your Personal Retreat
Experience the privacy of your own room and bathroom at The Terrace, along with the level of personal assistance you need. While all necessary furnishings are provided, you're welcome to bring your own furniture, pictures, and cherished belongings to make your space truly your own. Outside your room, spacious areas with natural lighting provide ample space for socializing with neighbors and friends.
Admission Criteria:
Residents myst be able to self-transfer, with walkers and wheelchairs encouraged when needed. We require a current physical from the resident's doctor and a pre-admission evaluation to understand each resident's capabilities and limitations.
Comprehensive Care Services
The Terrace is licensed by the State of North Dakota as a basic care facility, allowing us to offer a range of services, including:

* Three delicious meals a day, plus nutritious snacks
* 24-hour supervision and health monitoring
* Engaging activites program
* Housekeeping and personal laundry service
* Security measures
* Stand-by assistance with dressing and bathing
* Assistance with medication management
